Probably too late a tip, but you don't get fired at while hacking. I've taken quite a few newer players though that heist finale, telling them to simply camp somewhere safe. There is short time after you finished a hack when you are vulnerable but at full health you should have enough time to open your snacks menu and/or get into cover.

They probably give us the sovereign again (4 years they didn't release this bike, a "rare and limited" vehicle like the Sanctus.

As a podium vehicle so its cool for everyone !

The sovereign is a reskinned police bike with usa flag livery, why not adding the police stinger, a police car with the usa flag livery. 

Its a perfect vehicle for the independance day.

But unfortunately I think [R☆] will copy/paste this event, without adding new stuff or a surprise like they did for these events 3-5 years before.

You can count on that. xD R* can't add new content of that magnitude without a new update. That's why the festive weeks like 4th july, halloween, valentine's, are always bonded with the xmas and summer dlc's. Which they are neglicting new content since years ago.

Arcade games are expensives asf but they are funny to play.

I can spent hours to play them lol.

I did a playthrough again of Bully and there's some arcade games from there I hope they add into GTA.

I wish they would but sadly they almost never reuse minigames from past games.

oh i knew that.

we made it by just clearing the enemies a bit, and then making a run to the next server while the other one camped somewhere safe.

I envy them, because at least I'd feel like I know what Rockstar is doing. R* is enigmatic, but not in any sort of fascinating or intriguing way. I guess I didn't sell the highest grossing piece of media in history, but I feel like their lack of communication doesn't work to their benefit. I like the idea of CnC but that's why I've firmly held to the belief that it will not happen. I want to believe it, but I truly just want them to drop a teaser for something entirely unrelated. Then I can watch the lynch mob call for Yan and Fun's heads because they "lied" about a DLC that they never said anything about because they legally can't.

As you said other companies evidently managed things better than Rockstar did and to be honest that wouldn't be a real surprise either. 

 

Also I would like to remember to the people saying "but Rockstar DLCs are free!" that the games mentioned in the post above also release only free DLCs too just like almost every game on the market, that's not really a big deal nowadays and GTA Online updates aren't really that big expecially when compared to games like Rainbow Six where they are basically reworking or adding entire maps every 3 months. 

 

At the end of the day if Rockstar decides to not release any DLC in the summer that's on them I guess, I'm just saying that from the look of things you shouldn't expect anything anytime soon.

a simple look at 2018 and 2019, if we get a dlc in july, do not expect sh*t until around the second to last week of month. Do not expect anything earlier, at all. you will be disappointed.

Bcz they legally can't, that probably what they said was just for trolling people here. I don't bet in a cop dlc, but it's also strange that the only outfits from the casino heist not available to purchase was the noose ones and the FIB outfits don't have that identification thing, which make them just normal outfits, despite saying "FIB". Idk if was a programming error or something, the same way that in that prep mission where you need go to the construction site if you wear the helmet, the character 2 seconds later removes it from the head. There's a lot of bugs and glitchs in last dlc.

Since AW info came a day before the release of it, from there i expect a possible info release a day before the dlc itself. Idk why people don't take that into consideration. Maybe sometimes things aren't so easy, maybe some complications appears in some area that isn't R* direct fault.

I used to be in the Naval DLC camp but unless they add something worthwhile to the oceans, I don't think an update centered around the water would be as popular. However, it would be great if we got a property where we can customize boats and other aquatic vehicles.

Yeah, i'd be nice to see a hint or teaser. Looking back at the last couple of years, we get that crab '14 Content with some discounts (pretty much the content itself). It's interesting that the outfits stay in the game and not leave like the Christmas content. 

Information on DLC - You know very well we won't hear it probably until the day before release. There is the very slim possibility that we'd hear something on Thursday, i grow more and more doubtful that'd happen.

If that happens, i guess the ocean need to have interesting  things, like animals...seems to me the very least. But to animals, maybe that only will happen in the next gen, so...just for the next year we will see a hipothetical naval dlc.

They don't reuse minigames but recently, they like to reuse trailers from years and years ago. Sad they put more effort into the GTA v rerelease trailer, than the GTA IV tv  commercial trailer which released 12 years ago that they completely reused for the GTA IV "incomplete edition" trailer. 12 year old GTA IV trailer... 7 year old GTA v original trailer...

Since we had 4 mediocre till crap event weeks without any 2x$ on businesses the next event week should be good...maybe 2x$ on everything.

I think tomorrow solid event week for Independence Day, then maybe if we are lucky next week DLC info. If not, I honestly don't know, noone does. Surprise drop seemed to work great with The Diamond Casino Heist and Moonshiners alike, so that is a possibility.

It has also been x2 the previous two July the 4ths.
