An FIB (or maybe IAA, I don't remember) agent who became somewhat of a villain in GTA IV, but also makes an appearance in V as a woman known to violate people with flashlights and in online as a rather condescending agent in the Humane Labs heist.

No I was talking about Devin Weston, he’s only dead if you choose “death wish”.  Which could be argued that Trevor is dead too, if you choose to kill him.  At this point I don’t think rockstar gives a sh*t whether it’s before or after story mode, if you ask me it’s before, only because the o’neil farm house isn’t burned to the ground and the fib building doesn’t have construction on the top floors from that heist.

As for the daily challenges, I see that was explained already. It's pretty dope and kinda gives you a reason to play the game if you're burnt out on it for the time being.

I reached 40.2mil just a few moments ago, All i have been doing is the VIP and Client Missions. Not sure if I could get there in time, since the 2x money and RP is about to be gone. TBH, it'd be far more better if the Vip and Terrorbyte client missions were 2x money and rp together. 1 mission from each would be 100k, easily make it go up a lot very fast. I don't know what else i could do to make money, i know businesses is a big option, but that gives the pain of trying to find a solo public lobby. 

I'm not too sure about the Daily Objectives, I might try to do it. Hope i can keep up with the challenge!

You’re not afking bunker and nightclub in the background and mixing vip with I/E? That would get you there easily in a few weeks.

I am a HillyBilly so I would love to see a HillyBilly update. You could own trailer houses, also a new country radio would be nice. The trailer homes would not be moveable and have a nee interior.

R* confirmed the death wish/The Third Way is cannon by having Tao Cheng say 'I almost got killed at this country club once' on one of the casino missions, confirming Franklin's attempt to kill him then.

Sup! Nothing solid so much. Pure speculation without any support or even semi-decent leaks. Just a recycled ideas about mansions and some, like @Classique have said, but people are somehow expecting DLC to be on time this year with all the stuff going on. I'd say we're up for early autumn or so, but there are optimistic posters who think that filler DLC will be earlier.

How can y'all be expecting a brand new fat dlc in june when we're in the middle of a pandemic and even last year's and 2018's summer dlcs all came out end of july (with an announcement only 7 days before afaik).

We're aware of the pandemic. We're aware of the protests. We don't live under rocks here. Not a single one of us are expecting Rockstar to drop a DLC soon. We know Rockstar employees either WAH or have limited days at the office. We know the protests may also have slowed down progression. Complaining about "nOt gEtTinG oUr dEsErVed dLc" is just plain stupid.

 

We're currently just posting to be social, and/or talking about what could be added in the next update... I mean, it's kind of in the name of the thread.

when did i say you were complaining? obviously you know about the current situation but i could go through this topic right now and find more than enough people that are convinced there'll be an announcement or an open wheel update next week

In any type of online fandom, anticipation, speculation and belief in impending news about new content or material is just part of the fun.

 

To be fair, what will happen is that excitement will reach fever pitch when the trailer is released, reaching its peak during the torturous DLC download period, followed quickly by cries of "What the f*ck is this?????" when the reality of the DLC content is digested.

The events of GTA:O from gunrunning until present day confirm that option c was canon, so Devin Weston is dead. Can't be used.

I know it’s unlikely that they’ll use him, but at this point I don’t think they care whether it was before or after story mode, because a lot of things don’t line up either way you look at it.

Arena War had potential to be at least decent, the initial concept was a bunch of fast-paced game modes, obviously from how it was designed to have you earn more money by playing consecutive matches, but it was held back by the buggy framework, aka the loading menu that's often bugged and the way it loads, like it would have been better if we spawn inside the arena as in pre-game state like battle royale games, we wander around and maybe earn some AP by doing stunt jumps while waiting for players to join.
