Sweet's dumbass won't get in the car

I'm putting this here, because I am playing through the game, that is heavily modded, everything has gone relatively okay so far, now I am at Los Sepulcros and we are killing Kane. After I kill him, Sweet refuses to get in the admiral, I've tried pushing it to him, hitting him etc. He just stands there. The obvious thing to say is to get rid of mods and such, but thats the whole point of me playing the game again. If anyone could give me any ideas, or possibly some mod that will allow me to enter the locked admiral I would be most appreciative, thanks!

 

Edit: Moved everything out of my modloader and completed it, saved, reput in the modloader folder and now all my mods are broken, f*ck this game
