My point is if you pay 100 real life dollars (or more) you should be paying to skip the grind not facilitate it.

Well, this is just wrong. More than anything else GTAO needs to have a great and strong active player base - people who preferably play at least once a week, and yes, all the daily crazy grinders - because staying one of the most played games in the world (for seven years and counting!) means to possible new players and shark card buyers that the game is not dying anytime soon so they are more prone to invest time and money on the game. It doesn't matter if you grind, fool around or afk; as long as R* can boast big current player numbers from day to day, the game media will be talking about the game, and for R* money will keep on flooding in. And grinders AS WELL AS afkers ARE important to them, because they make a very major part of said active player count, thus keeping the game very high in the charts and in people's minds when they choose what to play.

Most shark cards are sold on consoles, but let's pretend for a moment. That's a pretty big number, and if you were one to have little time to play and more money to spend, you probably wouldn't think too long to buy some virtual dollars when the game is that viable. But what if we removed one number, and say that's the player base. You might spend your money on something else.

No, I was making a point to the other guy...obtaining an MK2 right now for a brand new player and at the time it was released was roughly an 8mil dollar shark card.  He claimed or as least alluded to the fact that most players could never grind that much to buy it.  You responded with something, and now we are down this trail.  I actually agreed that the prices are garbage and said so, I think my point is that every dlc from here on and for the last 4 years roughly, hovers around 8mil in game for the must have stuff.

One more thing I can say as a reason for me to do some glitches back in the days was that I also wanted to play other games. I've spent a lot of time time in Battlefield games and now the new Cod, I like to do my pvp in games like that because everyone is there for the same reason and I don't get the same enjoyment doing pvp in gtao either, unless we count racing as pvp. 

I still played the game back then and later also tho, I did the criminal mastermind with @Lonely-Martinand @Bandersnatch, also got the Monkey Blista with the help from those guys.

I've never had more than $120 mill in my account and I have still done bunker and nightclub sales, bunker sales is always in as crowded sessions as possible so that has also made me some extra millions.. 

 

But it starts to become clear why glitching gets it's bad reputation
