DanceKino
For the first question... No, John won't keep any of customly saved Arthur outfits, but John has two outfits you might want to save which are... 1. Unique version of his Homesteader outfit without off-hand holster and completely unique belt. You save it by heading to Valentine during mission 'The Wheel' when John has to deliver supplies to Pronghorn Ranch. To save the outfit with this unique belt, all you have to do is buy a bandolier in Valentine's gunsmith then head to the General Store wardrobe and save the outfit. 2. Unique orange Union Suit. You save it by getting specific encounter at Beecher's Hope after the story's over in which at night when going to bed to sleep the cutscene appears with John and Abigail sleeping. All you have to do is save and load the game when the cutscene plays. To save the outfit you do the same trick as with unique Homesteader outfit's belt, except you buy any different part of weapon equipment (preferably off-hand holster). Thank you, I would hate missing this out. Sincerely appreciated this comment and it gave me a lot of clarity. I'm sorry I didn't notice this earlier.
