GTAO Bounty Hunting

Everybody talking about this possible cops & crooks DLC I think that's a little optimistic but what I think could be possible is doing a roles thing similar to RDO just modernized, so like bounty hunting role but modernized with bail enforcement tactical vests and wearable thigh holsters and stuff like and contracts to arrest NPC's and take them to the prison for money. It has already been done on GTAO through missions for Maude but it was very brief and never looked at again you could escort the NPC to your vehicle and put them in the back. I know I only touched on bounties but could also do roles like robbery or maybe trucking with buyable semis to haul stuff from sellers and buyers idk if that's possible but I think you see where I am going with this right?
