Hiply
Two pronghorns standing side by side, profiles to me so they were "stacked" in my scope's view but I could clearly see there were two, rolling block with high velocity ammo, single headshot on the closest one to me (one 3 star, one 2 star...aimed at the 3), both dropped dead. Either the game code decided the round went clean through the first and had enough juice left to kill the second or maybe pronghorn #2 died of a heart attack? No Homing
You can only get collats with high velocity ammo. kcole4001 and Hiply
BUT THE BENZ
it would be so cool if that were a thing....to be able to pierce 1 or 2 bodies/carcasses and even catch a third. a max of 3 kills per bullet. so often I thought that the dude who stood face to face (chatting) with the guy whose brain I just blew out clean, well he ought to at least drop to the floor because of shock or whatever, but no he acts like he heard a shot in the distance or something. the bullet should go through and at least hurt him, we all know the engine makes enemies all the same height so if their heads are lined up they ought to catch a headshot aswell

aFinn
I have gotten 2 enemies (npc) with one shot a couple of times, it's rare though, but from the top of my head I remember at least 3 times, 2 of them were in consecutive days so that's why I remember it. Never gotten animals though BUT THE BENZ
Dark Spark
There's a reason why High Velocity ammo costs the most. You can shoot through multiple NPCs. You can shoot through multiple animals. You can shoot through an enemy and set off dynamite behind them. You can kill a rider and his horse simultaneously whether head-on or from behind. When I encounter the Lemoyne Raiders camp with a cop tied to a post, I always line my shot up so I 'accidentally' hit the hostage through a Raider. This spares me their cantankerous wailing about cutting them free while I'm busy looting in the aftermath.
