Department of Realistic Justice Roleplay Community

[DORJRP]

DORJRP was re-established in 2020 with the goal in mind to create a community that could have fun role-playing while being as realistic as possible -- with an added dose of creativity!  In our last community, some realism and creativity were taking place, but a young age base meant one or both qualities would suffer. With the addition of hierarchy and recruitment issues, this led to us saying, "Let's start our own server!"

 

When starting this, we had four (4) crucial factors that we felt could make our community thrive:

 

1.  Leadership working with everyone in the community.  We want everyone to know that we are not a dictatorship, but a community that grows only with the support and voice of everyone.

 

2.  Recruitment.  We feel everyone should be equally responsible to recruit and help the community prosper.  This includes our staff team! Everyone from top to bottom is responsible for recruiting.

 

3.  Maturity standards.  We feel it is necessary to enforce a minimal age of 14 to join this server, even though we feel the requirement should be 16. While a person of any age may cause issues, we find that raising our age limit minimizes issues and maximizes our potential when it comes to RP.

 

4.  Respect and Integrity.  Without either, we would fall to the ground!  Please be honest out of RP and have respect for your fellow players.

 

Each of these four factors is dependent upon each other.  If one fails, we will fail. In joining DORJRP you are promising to follow these four factors. We are a GtaV roleplay community.
