I just tried it on my dummy account that likewise doesn't own an arena and I found it. 

Went to outfits>scroll down to arena war>bodysuits>green/purple Martian bodysuit

 

If it's the little lock icon on the side that's throwing you off, that's just for the trade price. The green and purple alien bodysuits are free for everyone regardless of whether they had the trade price unlocked or not.

Question about the double MC$, if you sell direct via the nightclub (as in select weed for example and sell from the nightclub sell screen and not as a 'sell all') do you get the double payout while they are on 2x, or do you have to do direct via the business for the bonus?

No, just the actual MC businesses pay 2x, not the nightclub stock made by linking those up. The nightclub gets its own 2x when R* do that. (I think only once before so far).

I got to 930 MC contracts done, had a busier week than planned, but still a good haul. Passed $38m off those which is cool though.
