OpenIV installation

Hi!

 

Everytime I run as admin the OpenIV installer, it just opens and closes right away and I cannot proceed. Does anyone also experienced this sh*t? I don't have 3rd party anti-virus and I already turned off firewall and windows defender. 

 

Any help will be appreciated.
