Should GTA 6 be more realistic or more arcade ?

Imo GTA 6 should be more arcade.

More arcade, but it wouldn't hurt to have some realistic elements into the game.

I hope Rockstar doesn't add too many stuff from RDR2, as incredible that game was, I really don't think things like horse managing (will be car managing in GTA) and the weapon inventory will really fit in GTA.

I think there're already some discussions here,so you know....

Btw I think the most acceptable arcade one for me is gta v,although I don't want GTA IV 2.0,I don't need GTA V 1.5 either.

Realcade (something in between 😜), just like GTA IV.

Yeah that would be cool.

The balance found in TBOGT seems to fit best. IV/TLAD was too serious for some and V took it too far into the opposite direction, and GTA Online well, that want's to be a weird hybrid of GTAV and Saints Row with none of the actual things that make Saints Row work.

I guess Vice City is a better middle ground.

The most important thing to me is for the cars and bikes to have a believable handling (IV is too wobbly, V is too sharp-turning). Or maybe sth like Mafia 2 and 3 or Driv3r. (or hekk even sth like Killatomate's handling mod)

realistic. I dont wanna be able to open up a weapon wheel and pull out a machine gun out of my ass. you either have it in the trunk of your car or some other way. thats just one of many examples.

A good middle ground like GTA IV.

Middle ground. A game that knows what mechanics should be realistic and what should be arcadey so we could have a "fun" game. It shouldn't be a chore to play. San Andreas is a good example. But that was the 3D era. It's gonna be a complete different story for R* to find the middle ground in the HD era.

Why is it that everytime he comes back SonOfLiberty disappears. I always keep telling SonOfLiberty that I'm going to introduce him to Algonquin Assassin but he always leaves.

More realistic. For example, let's start by implementing RDR2's inventory management system into GTA6. No more weapons stashed into the protagonist's pockets. Cars trunks, glove compartments, suitcases and bags would be where player store and carry weapons around. More immersion, more strategic decisions of what weapons to carry, where to and when.

I know that this maybe wouldn't a favorite to most Online players. So in that part of the game, keep the old system. The immersive system would only be implemented in the Story mode. Think about it, story missions will have more depth simply by limiting the player's overly unrealistic abilities. I'd actually be disappointed if this does not make it into the game. It's my must-have feature from a gameplay perspective.

Yes, it would be great to have an inbetween. GTA IV, San andreas and GTA TBOGt were great examples. GTA V too arcadey (Online sucks due to non-existant PvP - jets, deluxos and oppressors are not fun to fight against nor take skill to use)

More realistic. Considering all things next-gen consoles make possible I would be really disappointed to see another GTA V - very flat game in terms of game mechanics. It's way too arcade.

RDR2 levels of realism would be best IMO

GTA V tried to do the arcade thing and it didn't work.

No RDR2 was too realistic and it felt like a chore sometimes.

I prefer endless hours of destruction and fun.

Actually, weapon inventory would fit really well in GTA. It would differentiate your car from any other  you can steal by a miles and it would make it way more personal.

You should probably play Just Cause ;)

I hope they do it right then because what happens when your car blows up? Do you just... lose your weapons? That'll suck major. It sounds awesome on paper but how will they execute it in game?(Thinking that you're talking about trunk storage)

Nah GTA 5 is the best game i ever played.

Just cause sucks and  doesnt have online.

The reason GTA is fun is because  the amount of stupid sh*t you can do, especially with friends.

If you would implement more realism it would be less fun.

Insurance system could work ;) It would be nice balance between realism and fun.

True, wish V had this especially when you had the car customization.

If it's implemented, then you'd have to buy insurance to protect your assets (i.e. weapons) in case they are damaged or lost. If you don't buy it, then you'd lose the weapons that are stashed in your vehicle in case it blows up.

Yeah and how are you suppose to put a rpg , 5 different Ar's , 3 smg's , 1 homing launcher ,25 sticky bombs , and 5 different types of pistol in a trunk of a panto.

Simple. Cars/vehicles will vary in terms of trunk and storage space.

This will suck and i dont think rockstar are going to put this in the game.

The casuals will dislike this and pvp would get ruined because you cant carry all your guns.
