Hello, there's a option to turn off activity status? I don't want my friends to see that I'm active.

Open the Social Club overlay in game, click the wheel in the top right corner, click on settings.

In settings, go to Game Settings, and set Presence Visibility to "Me only"

 

This is for PC and SocialClub btw, I don't know how to appear offline on Xbox or PSN. That should be in your console settings.
