If Niko ever had a son/daughter, what would his/her name be?

Name speaks for itself lol. I've recently remembered that you can actually chose Niko as your father in GTA Online and that thing made me think about it.

He would probably name a daughter after Roman's mother. 

 

No theories on a potential son's name, as I can't recall hearing him mention the loss of a particular male acquaintance that he lost, whom he liked or respected (aside from Roman, if you chose that ending). 

 

This is working on the assumption that he would take a name from the past, in order to offer a future to a person who had lost their own.

Maybe Jacob? He was always ready to help Niko out when he had hard times. He's a real friend, a friend everyone would like to have.
