Metrohz Posted May 4, 2020 Share Posted May 4, 2020 Hey guys! I just bought my self new GPU. RX570 8gb it works perfectly. But in GTA V it only manages to get 60fps and it frame drops to 50fps.. Everything is set to high. my old gtx 1050ti managed to get 62fps stable.. In cod I get 75fps on high settings. So i think its smething to deal with GTA V files or settings.. Guys I need help P.S Vsync is off! setup: I5 8400 2.8ghz RX570 8gb DDR4 8gb (single channel). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rotorhead359 Posted May 4, 2020 Share Posted May 4, 2020 (edited) Are you using the exact same settings as with the 1050TI? And are you getting 100% usage on the GPU? Please check with MSI afterburner. Maybe your CPU or single channel Ram is holding it back. GTA V likes dual chanel Ram and high CPU clock speeds. What is the boost clock of your CPU? I think that 2.8 is base. Please use MSI afterburner to check your actual CPU clock when gaming.
