Bounty poster question

I'm far into chapter 4 and have done many bounties, but I have two posters in my inventory but no icon shows up on the map for either of them. Can't remember the names of them so I'll have to post back, but does anyone know why those aren't showing up?

I remember one of them said the guy was near Heartland Overflow but there is no white area on the map like other bounties had.

The Heartlands Overflow bounty poster is actually from the Stranger mission 'The Mercies of Knowledge' which you get from a professor working in some slums in San Denis. Look for a white circle with "Pr" in the middle north of Emerald Ranch, from memory.

Thanks. I remember seeing a white circle near there but I was heading somewhere else at the time to collect exotics. It hasn't shown up since.
