GTA V Online Graphical Glitch

Anyone know what the hell this is? can't find anything else online, any suggestions would be helpful. GPU is an RX580 with 8gb of vram, settings are here: https://imgur.com/a/BigwqZF

Thanks for the suggestion but i don't think that's the issue. i checked both the CPU and GPU with MSI Afterburner, and neither was running too hot. GPU was around 50 C the whole time and the CPU was between 60 and 70 C. CPU is an i3-9100F. Thanks for replying though

Hey,

Not overheating for sure, that's not a symptom of these graphical errors, glad you got it checked though.

 

In my opinion it comes down to either:

• Software/driver issue, AMD is notorious for bad drivers, I have nvidia atm so I can't complain

• Hardware issue, your RX580 is going to sh*t and In that case, time for RMA if you still have warranty

 

Try the following diagnostic:

1. If possible, try sitting the GPU on a different computer and check for results.
2. Switching to DX11 api
3. Updating drivers (if latest version then rollback)
4. Run a very intensive benchmark, such as furmark, and check for these artifacts
