[PC] Blip stuck on after trucker mission

Hi, I'm having this issue where basically after I finished one of the trucker missions, the destination marker/blip got stuck on the map. I basically know that it can be fixed through savegame editing, and I know there used to be a tool that automatically did that, but the tool is now offline and I have no idea how to edit a save file myself.

 

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
