LightingChaos
I've tried everything, made shortcuts, placed my mp3s in public documents, renamed them to be smaller, the game is simply not playing my music tracks. I have 54 songs in my user files, would that have something to do with it?
Rhoda
What version of the game are you running? I'm not really familiar with the custom music function but somebody here might be able to help if you provide a little more information about your system and the version of the game you're using. LightingChaos
I'm using the steam R2 release with this guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=922313527 I even tried using Advanced track player to use custom music and all it did was crash my game. Guest
Try deleting your GTA San Andreas User Files. Place your Savefiles in a safe folder then delete your User Files in the documents. Then Run GTA SA and in the documents there will be a new GTA SA User Files. Click it then place your savefile and yourmusic's shortcut in the User Track Folder. LightingChaos
Only the ones that are deemed basic by the community. Ginput, Widescreenfix, WidescreenFrontend, Modloader, CLEO, Remastered GUI, Project 2DFX, SilentPatch, SkyGFX, ASI Loader. The version is still 1.0 via the downgrader. LightingChaos
The user tracks? Yeah I have. Maybe my game is just f*cked and can't load user tracks. Might as well just load up VLC and put the playlist on shuffle while I play. Thanks but I'm throwing in the towel. I've been at this all day now. GhettoJesus
Is the play mode set to "Radio"? If it is then set it to either sequential or random.
