Looking for some specific mods

So I'm trying to look for some specific mods for San Andreas but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

 

The mods I need (preferably in the form of a script, ASI or CLEO) are the following:

 

1. A mod to instantly freeze the time when you load your game WITHOUT having to activate anything.

 

Basically, if I load my game and it loads up at 3am, I want it to remain 3am, and it will always be night time no matter what and the moon won't move or disappear (I've found a script like this, BUT it freezes the time to midnight and you can't edit/change this specific time and it makes the moon disappear. I believe it was "NIGHT.cs". I also tried another mod, but it didn't use the moon from particle.txd, instead it used a completely different moon and the snipe zoom didn't work on it and wouldn't change the moon size).

 

2. A mod to add more stars in the night sky.

 

I've tried various mods, and on some the skybox simply disappears, and on others it doesn't want to load the moon at all. All I want are more stars without the moon being changed/affected, I don't know why this is so hard to find.

 

3. A mod that allows the moon to always be at its biggest size.

 

Pretty self explanatory there.

This one might be what you want, from 2007.

Couldn't find any good mod to fulfill your request, but you could try browsing "GTA SA starry sky mod", if I'm not wrong, Junior_Djjr made one, perhaps he has it in his workshop. Newer ENBs also come with starry night shaders.

Never personally heard of a mod that can do that but could be great to know a method to achieve it. Maybe Mixsets or Silentpatch comes with it, haven't check it yet.

Thanks! That time mod helped, and with that, the moon actually appeared on a starry sky mod, both working in tandem, finally!

 

The only thing left now is to get a mod to have the moon always display at its largest size by default. Maybe someone can make some sort of script for it.
