Quarantine in LC

Hi, I was testing for the firtst time with the in-game video editor for a few hours and I created this (originally intended only for a quick original WhatsApp status): 
 

 

 

Feel free to share your opinios because I might do a series of related clips with much more better ideas, at the time that help me resolve this: 

~Is there a way to increase the maximum lenght of recorded clips (I've read put there that I should capture the screen with a third party softtware, but I'm referring to the engine-information records, not the videos themselves, so I can mess around with the scenes being rendered in real time). I already downloaded a lot of mods that helped out a lot, and even created a mod that basically erradicates the text from Social Club website by messing with one of the games's font, but I want to have less limits! Is it possible to use tools like trainers, in-game free cameras and so on to convert the game itself into something simiilar to the Editor?

I certainly haven't tested the GTAV Editor, but I presume it's way better.  But I like GTAIV a lot more. Don't you think it looks sharp and that with this particular graphics mod it visually overcome GTAV in every sense even being hypervitamined with any current mod?
