NPC bodyguards and MC members

Hey guys, i just came back to the game after 2 years, i am now playing on PC and i've noticed that it's pretty hard to find a populated lobby, let alone getting people to join your org or biker club. (i litterally had to keep changing sessions like 5 times to find a session with more than 10 players).

 

I was thinking that having an option to hire NPC bodyguards to help you in your criminal activities would be an awesome idea, especially given the fact that resuply missions are more effective with more people in your org, these npc associates would help you spawn more supplies and pick them up. I honestly find that there is nothing worse than doing cargo sourcing solo and sweat like a pig to only get 1 crate...

 

I remember in gta san andreas you could hire gang members and they'd get in your car and shoot at whoever you're shooting at. Maybe it could be sort of similar here. What do you guys think ?

It'd be a refreshing change, but can't see it happening this far into the games life. Much like a map expansion many would love, just seems like something that's got more chance in the next game as they can create the base code to allow for these changes/dynamics easier as time goes by.
