Nightclub Warehouse raid question

Heyo! Just bought a nightclub using the discounts this week. I looked in the internet about the whole business thing but one question still gets me: how does the raids work? how it will affect me? I read at reddit that with no security upgrade the raids can happen every 4 hours idle if your stock is greater than 20%, is that right?

I bought the property with one extra level of warehouse and don't expect to sell more than what the van can carry. So, how does that 20% count? It's 20% from all 5 levels or 20% of the amount of warehouse levels that I actually have?

In short, what's the best strategy to go? Do I have to calculate everytime when my warehouse will reach 20% or I can leave it? Can I simply do popularity missions every now and then be free of raids? Do I have to buy the security upgrade?

I have no idea because my club has never been raided.  I only own the weapons bunker and a coke business so that might have something to do with it but I don't even sell the coke from the MC club just the nightclub.  I do not have any of the upgrades except for the extra warehouse floors.

The most profitable use of the nightclub is to produce coke, meth, cash, weapons, and cargo, then sell when coke, meth, cash are full. They should become full at around the same time. If you do that you'll never get raided even if you have 5 storage levels and even without the security upgrade.

 

BTW 3 storage levels with that approach should still fit into the Speedo Custom, but I'd have to check to be sure. If you go 5 levels at some point don't bother buying the Mule Custom -- if you only have the Pounder Custom then everything above the Speedo will go into that one.

Nightclubs get raids?  Damn I must be on point.  Never had mine raided.  Maybe I'm avoiding that threshold.  Heres what I do.

 

* I never wait until its full to sell.  I see people do this all the time.  Not the best choice.  Why?  Each tech works at a different pace so some will be finished before others.  This not only takes longer to fill up the nightclub since you are now waiting on 1 tech to finish but the others are doing nothing now which means you're losing potential money.  As soon as you see one tech finished sell all cargo from all techs.  This will ensure your techs are always producing.

 

* Sell Special orders when you see them.  Every so often you will get a special order offer located at the bottom of the page above the "Sell All" option.  They're usually greyed out because they need specific cargo to be filled.  I've tested to see if theyre worth it and they are.  For example,  once I had a "Sell All" value of 504k but I also had a "Special Order" ready.  I sold the special order then came back to the club and sold what was left.  I ended up with 530k from the two sales instead of the 504k offered to sell it all.

 

* Also,  I wouldn't buy every available floor of warehouse space or every delivery vehicle.  Imo its just a waste of GTA money.  I bought all vehicles thinking I would need them.  Turns out you really only need the Speedo.  If you do what I mentioned above you will never need all the extra floors for cargo or the two bigger delivery trucks.  All sales can be done in the Speedo.  Hope this helps.  Peace

Never had a raid on my primary and always sell full...I sell quick fill orders while cargo and weapons build up though.

in secondary didn’t bother with security had one ever...it was very easy to deal with.

The Nightclub can be raided if you've got too much product in it. I think the tiers are 20% full, or 40% full if you've bought the security upgrade. Once you're above those amounts, the raid can occur if you're registered as a CEO/VIP/MCP and not doing another mission.

 

There's no variety to the raid, it can only take one form- a bunch of cops outside the nightclub with a helicopter overhead. If you die fighting them, you lose product. If you are outside the club, you'll be notified of the raid, and any flying vehicle with missiles will quickly end it. If you are inside the club when the raid begins, you will be immediately pushed outside and surrounded by cops. Hope you're quick at finding cover.

 

Do not ever go afk while registered as a CEO/VIP/MC prez. Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it, the raid is easy to deal with.
