Using my online character in single player?

I played as my online character in single player, I went into director mode & exited back to normal single player & was still playing as my online character, I had menyoo running at the time, am I likely to get banned from online for doing this, bear in  mind I did NOT load into GTA Online, so I'm guessing not seeing as director mode is part of single player, but I just need confirmation.

All I can say is that I haven't been banned and I use my online character in single player mode quite often.

With menyoo I'm guessing? So I should be ok then?

I use Simple Trainer, it has an option to detect the MP character in Director mode and then to let you load it. I'm also in the process of recreating the whole online character creation process, so yeah, you should be fine with it.

 

I think as far as Story Mode is concerned, you're just using a-n-other character model that isn't one of the main 3 characters, I don't think it cares much beyond that.
