We've always kept a changelog of every single version since Snapshot 3. Our current process is pretty straightforward; I'm the one who receives all of the content from the team and adds it into the builds. Updating the changelog, obviously, is a part of this process. This means that the changelog can be requested at any time, however we don't keep specific changelogs for individual development builds. Â As for sharing them, we probably won't.
