When you open overlay by pressing SHIFT+Tab, you can't click on anything or even close it (both hotkey and mouse), both keypad and mouse controls the game but not the overlay. I assume it's because of Vulkan, remember when Nvidia f*cked up fullscreen on Vulkan like few months ago? Seems like Valve did same thing with their update. I made this topic to make sure I'm not the only one who experience this issue. I bought RDRII on RGL and run it with Steam. Before this Steam update everything worked fine.
