ArkhamTesta
I purchased GTA SA from steam and downgraded it using the downgrader. I installed Project2DFX which includes the Open Limit Adjuster for GTA III, VC and SA. The game crashes just before the loading bar completes when starting a new game or loading a save. The game starts if I remove Open Limit Adjuster. any way to fix open limit adjuster? i need it for car mods.

I'm using AVP 90s vehicle mod. when this is disabled the game loads normally but every object and texture randomly flashes.
