RDR2 Says "Buy Now" Instead of Install

So I built a new PC, bigger hard drive to replace my old one, blah blah. I re-installed the rockstar launcher and went to install RDR2 and it's telling me to buy it again? It's the same login that I've always used. How do I restore my game? I opened a ticket with support but we all know how long that'll take. I did not buy them game on Steam btw. I bought it through the launcher when it released.
