ChasingCoyote Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 (edited) in order to remove the jetpack during either Black Project or Green Goo, you can enter a crane: east Las Venturas or Hunters Quarry,( you will lose the jetpack for remainder of mission.) then you'll need to restore the ability to drive. grab a can of sprunk from any vending machine: : East LV or Steak house in Fort Carson. that will let you again enter cars to drive.. after Green Goo is completed the airfield becomes an asset and the jetpack can be entered and exited like any other vehicle.
