I guess i can say Catalina, but she wasn't really powerful then. I mean as power/contacts. Even The Truth made CJ meet new contacts but... Can be from GTA IV, GTA V too. Algonquin Assassin Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 The U.L Paper contact in GTA IV is a fairly strong ally IMO since he pretty much helps find Darko and brings him to Liberty City once Niko finds out it wasn’t Florian/Bernie behind the betrayal. He seems to have a fair bit of pull authority wise more than say Francis who looked for any excuse to put Niko in prison. Lemoyne outlaw Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 for gta 5 i would say dave norton he was able to get michael out of the life. and he set him up with a nice house and good life. basically a better edgar ross. i also want to say lester as well. he might not be powerful in terms of fighting. but he is super smart. and a great hacker. he is even a good ally in online too. GTA-Biker Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 Basically anyone who has connections in the military, some government agency, or the government is the most powerful ally (or enemy,in case of Jerry Martinez) in the game.In GTA 3 and LCS it would probably be Donald Love, in GTA VC it would probably be colonel Cortez, in SA it's Mike Toreno, in GTA 4 it's ULP contact, in TLAD it would be Thomas Stubbs, in GTA 5 it's Dave Norton, and in GTA Online it's Agent 14.In games where such characters don't appear,it would be a high ranking member of any powerful gang. macpo333 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He knows he's a dirty cop with marriage issues and has Internal Affairs on his ass, but still stops at nothing to help Huang prevent a Triad war in LC.
