Casino Heist Issue + Can't Complete Packie's Event

Hi, I have a problem with the Casino Heist and with Packie's event.

 

Two weeks ago, I was affected by the character wipe and had all my properties on my main character removed. After I got all of them back, my Arcade was missing all upgrades except for the MCT, and my Casino Heist progress has been reset - I got a call from Yung Ancestor to do his missions, despite having completed them before.

 

I sent a ticket to Rockstar Support and they told me that I need to repeat the first Heist set-up mission, the Casino scope-out, and that should give me back all the upgrades, as well as my Heist progress.

 

I did that but I also made a mistake, by repeating the Vault scope-out mission too. The Heist got completely reset and I had to do it all over again. It played out as if I was doing it for the first time - with tutorial dialogue at the board and the cutscenes, despite the fact that I had done it multiple times before the wipe. I also had to re-do Vincent's set-up mission, that I had also done before and got the award for it. After my friend and I completed the finale, neither of us got any money.

 

Today, I was helping out my friend with his Casino Heist finale (he was unaffected by the wipe). He got his payout but I, again, got nothing. So, problem number 1 - I can't make money from the Casino Heist anymore.

 

Another thing is, that I lost Packie as an available gunman. His van now spawns again in freemode, but when I get in, the event where I have to drive him to his safehouse doesn't start. He also isn't available at the planning board.

 

So I can't get Packie back either.

 

I contacted Rockstar again, but I got no response as of yet. I just wanted to share my experience and ask if something similar has happened to anyone else? Thanks for any future insight.

Wipes are dangerous. Try to avoid them.
