Would this be possible? I'm glad that you're interested. However, as of now, DYOM doesn't support added ped and car models, only replaced models. Hence it is technically possible to run DYOM on GTA Underground except that you would have to make do without the added models. And besides DYOM on Underground is prone to crash issues. Our developers are currently inactive and only respond to site hackings, etc. It is highly unlikely that they will return to update DYOM for this purpose, or any for that matter. Hi, This is kind of impossible to acknowledge or to consider this a 'fact' that developers are ever going to come back to work on some unfinished stuff or to update the modificaiton. Talking about the compatibility with UG, there's always been something to accept that DYOM still hold the potential to be executed with any utter conversion modification (of course, I mean map mod since it is a MPACK). As DYOM doesn't support any custom feature so it is impossible to interact with new vehicles, peds, objects & weapons of UG but I do believe that SIZZ's addon can do such thing as it supports custom numbering of objects (which means any new object with valid ID can be built). Direct yourself here to know more about addon. Although, I didn't try this trick but I do believe that it might work as addon supports custom ID of objects. Fantastic addon nevertheless. Only San Andreas peds and cars allowed. Due to the restricted script of DYOM. I'm glad about your interest but unfortunately this doesn't look possible. Then perhaps DYOM could be open sourced so that other developers can improve upon it? It has been a very long time since it's inception, and many things have happened in the modding community (fastman limit adjuster, etc....) since then that improves functionality and adds more possibility to the game.
