It would be cool to see how he made those connections. Although one could assume it would be through his expertise as a firearms and explosives dealer. The only thing that could be challenging is that throughout the GTA series, the protagonists are generally out-of-towners. 8-Ball was born in Liberty, so you'd have to factor that in.
