Interactive Phone v2 mod crashs in loading screen

Any solution to fix this problem?? i also tried reinstalling GTA sa to put the mod on a fresh installation but no luck...still crashes at loading screen.

i also tried using modloader, that does not work either.

As instructed in here https://www.gtainside.com/en/sanandreas/mods/80673-ultimate-interactive-phone/, and in the text file inside the RAR folder, i moved the Models folder and the cleo folder to my GTA sa destination along with the photothumb db file.

so i dont understand what im doing wrong...any help would be appreciated.
