Supposedly stuff is just locked reading an earlier post... but I'll believe that when I see my stuff back... not holding my breath though.

 

Anyway... I think they've cured me of jumping through their little rewards hoops going forward.

Probably it is. I have a bike impounded and i get the message saying that is, althought "technically" i don't have any vehicle for now.

I can tell you for a fact that, If you have First Character as your main GTA ONLINE Protagonist, you would not lose your progress. I couldn't be wrong 4 times.. Ranging in 4 different characters.

From what I've read on other forums/sites, it's mainly affecting people with 2 characters, but there's still a few of us that have only ever used 1 character affected by it too. My missus has 2 characters on here PC account, and both are fine. 

It's probably just an issue with the saved data on Rockstar's servers, and they'll either manage to fix it, or just revert to an earlier backup save that they have, but not sure how often they backup the saved data.

Another Secondary character guy with wiped progress.. 

 

This is what I'm trying to convey to you people.. 

 

Only secondary character gets affected but not the primary.

I know for a FACT that it is my FIRST character, I've only ever had 1 character on the PC version of the game. I also know several other people that I play online with in my crew that have also lost all their stuff too, and most of them only have 1 character. 

Just because it's not affected your 2 PC accounts, does not mean that it's not affected others. Also, Rockstar have said that it's a PC issues, so your other concols accounts (like mine) are not affected.

How you can tell which character is the "main one"? The first one created? If so, all character number 1 will be the main chracter for everyone no? Or can you use the 2nd slot before the 1st one?

Ok so after someone posted here that they got their stuff back, I just logged into mine. Safehouses, office and arcade are back. Gonna check the cars and warehouse...

 

EDIT: yeah everything's back, cars and helicopter and warehouse. Cars have been dumped in my first safehouse though, that's the only difference. Oh and the 500k GTA$ is in the right place. Gotta say, this was resolved quicker than I expected. I'm a happy bunny now :D

Cars will probably be all over the place. The mechanic should find them all.

 Today updated SC.
  I go into the game and see that the character with which I finished the game yesterday was erased, and this was the first.
  With the second, everything is in order.
  I quit the game and turned on file verification. Everything was restored, only the cars mixed in different garages and the failure of the naval revolver.

Good news and bad news... all my Biz and garages are back, hanger restored with all aircraft... missing MKII from TB... still have my arcade one... Arcade garage cleaned out otherwise, and a few other garages are empty.

 

Then again... got to do an inventory... I noticed that my extra office floors were filled when I glanced through which I hand not yet filled the extra floors with my second character so it's possible that it may have filled the garages as from top to bottom meaning I might have all my vehicles, just not where they were... report back later

If you had any cars in those garages, they might've all spawned in a different one like mine. Might have to check all your garages.

Yeah I’d imagine 2500 is about the limit of possibility...I’ve taken huge breaks repeatedly and have four 884, 220, 135, 137.

 

without my huge breaks and family commitments now being a bit older and focussing exclusively on one character I’d be much higher...obviously grinding with RP in mind too can get you higher...I only care about the monies.

that rate is way out of reality. sadly he has no pub crews so stats can't be properly checked. but even races are only 299 wins.. i can see some spin jump farm, or that massive ps4 peyote exploit usage.

 

alright i watched some of his vids, apparently i managed to miss his modest 2,4 million of wanted stars evaded. which is 240mil rp... no wonder his money made from jobs is so low and he admits getting billions from "modder". if that looks legit idk..

I’m not going to argue with you...I’ve had kids telling me 884 is impossible lol.

 

I have spent 325 days on my main character though...mind you I’m afk a lot so literally always online lol
