This is not the case as my character is the only one I have on PC. My second character I'm expecting to be fine. As it was created years after my first one so prolly in a different player Database as I'm guessing they don't have 1 for all players on the PC platform. They more than likely have start and end dates for the different DB's. Might be worth finding out is this is only impacting people who started playing GTA Online on 2015 till say 2016/2017.
