VC Classic Vice city crashes after intro

Hello, I have been playing Vice City now about 2 weeks, last time yesterday. today I started it and it goes past the logos etc. but crashes after the intros on the grand theft auto vice city logo screen. weird thing was that today when I did go to steam it said I had it not installed but it still was in the files I have tried to start it on different hard drives, reinstalled it, with mods and without mods. without mods it doesn't even start anymore and with these mods https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=706270825 I get past the intros but not past the logo screen also I have tried to compatibility mode but no success with that either.

Have you gotten any solutions yet? I suddenly had this problem when I'm installing mods and it failed, so I had to re download the game, but even though I redownload the game it still crashes (It never happened before, it only happened just now).
