I highly doubt that Michael Unsworth or Rubert Humphries are still working for R*. They are not that famous so there probably wouldn't be eg. a press release about their departure.

It seems, that you have no idea what Lazlow was working on. He was bigger part of Rockstar Games than you seem to think he was.

The latest GTAIV PC title update is not intended to nullify user-created mods – but sometimes the changes applied in title updates may impact them. I wonder what would be their answer today. They would have to word it differently, because the Grand Theft Auto franchise is the primary focus right now, in both GTA Online and GTA V Expanded and Enhanced Edition

As much as I want them to do something like that, they would have to ignore a lot of sh*t questions lmao. So many dumb questions that it is kinda not worth doing.

 

Maybe they can do that once they announce a new game because the hate on GTA O would have cooled down a litte.

Just because you don't like them doesn't mean, that they weren't good. I love the fact, that for example Rockstar has GTA and RDR series but they also have Bully for example. Diversity helps to keep creativity alive
