It's all promises of change. Easy to say when you're at the beginning of a project. But when it comes to releasing a new game... then we'll see how much has changed. Not to be pessimistic, but I don't really expect these stories to go away. Not until any real change is made across the industry, for developers.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Last game I played that had that was the Saints Row 3 remaster. Very distracting. But hey, ultimate first world problems, eh...

Man, this hyped me up. Wish I could play this game sooner than later.

 

As for GTA VI, I think we can expect the vehicles to look a little bit better since it'll be next gen. But this looks fine enough I guess.

i think the Kotaku article critizing crunch with RDR2 developement was an inflexion point and made real changes in the way R* develope games, the second article was saying that the devs were saying things had changed in a better way, but they want to improve some more things in the way of working, but things are different, I want that, I prefer a good game without crunch and devs constantly being overworked so that means we have to wait more time to be released, but I don´t care, I prefer that, developers are humans and overwork can generate health problems and other things derived of that

No no internet. GTA in the past please. Replace it with a newspaper and magazines instead.

Let go... spare your feelings. Maybe, and this is a huge maybe. But maybe as part of a post launch update it could happen. But the game is designed around a first person perspective. So it's pretty unlikely to ever change.

If it's set in 2000s, would be great to use the old school internet. Also, We should probably stop dreaming about the 80s/Past since it's most likely going to be the present.

No way... Cyberpunk with third person will be beaten even by every Ubisoft third person open world game, because one word "physics" Rockstar are real gods in industry of third person and open world games. Sry for my bad english) CD Project not idiots, they understand the weakness of their engine.

That's the problem. It's designed around first person so adding a third person mode would be difficult.

People keep forgetting that Cyberpunk may kinda be similar to GTA in some gameplay elements but the game is still RPG in its core and can't compare with any GTA title since they are different genre. 

 

Sure GTA had some minor rpg elements in the past but GTA games were never really an  RPG game where it depends how much strength, dexterity, ability points, perception, etc you have.

Will Cyberpunk 2077 make Rockstar Games go back to the drawing board with regards to GTA 6?
