Hmmm this is genuinely interesting if true. October GTA V news could probably be that big upcoming update for GTA Online? 

 

Let's what could other pictures mean ( if they aren't just placeholders )

 

Blue 2020  (November?) - Take2, hmmmmm... No clue.

Brown 2020 (December?) - Hot Coffee? Could this mean some sort of interview or something? 

Green 2021 (May-June?)- GTA V next gen release

Yellow 2021 (July?)- Rockstar logo, possible announcement of something that is not GTA VI, but rather something new, or maybe GTA III 20th year anniversary. 

Dark red 2021 (August-September?) - Drugs, could be a Max Payne reference but IMO I think they are done with Max Payne ( At least I think MP3 is the end, considering what all Max went thru and how MP3 ends )

Red 2021(August-September?) - RDR? Possible re release of RDR1/2 on next gen consoles

and finally Purple 2021 (October?) - GTA VI announcement.

 

Obviously that tweet could mean nothing and is simply posted to tease us or whatever. But not gonna lie it was nice to speculate a bit.

I'm sure he's heard from people, some general behind the scenes things. For example, Miami may be true, production is going well, things like that. It's not uncommon to hear those things if you have connections.

How do you know? Rockstar has been silent for 2 months. As I said before, next week may be announcement week.

I think that Rockstar bought the Ruffian Games to allow Rockstar North to focus even more on new titles, to substitute R* North Online Team with Ruffian Games.

I think any normal person would prefer VI. After all this is GTA VI thread not "Waiting for SA Remake From Rufiian Games" thread.

Actually the VA for these polish lines in GTA IV was Dan’s wife and IIRC - she’s polish (GTA wiki says she’s Russian but her first name and maiden name are 100% polish) On the other hand - she also did VA for Anna Faustin who’s Russian.

 

When it comes to polish language - they did a great job in RDR 2 - Mr Wróbel - one of the guys you have to beat for Strauss is polish. When you meet him as Arthur, he hardly speaks any english so he speaks polish instead and his lines make perfect sense (his VA is clearly polish). You can later meet him as John as well and then he already speaks english very well but still has a slight polish accent.

But where are they going to find those actors? They aren't going to go travel all the way to a different country just to find some authentic actors.

 

They're lucky that they do the mocap in NYC and are able to get a mixture of everybody in the world.

They take corporate trips to other countries and audition people by holding a cellphone at their face, recording lines read off of an index card, while being handed a half-eaten McDouble that Sam would carry on the plane as payment. Some of those off the street actors are as authentic as you'll get

I remember Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories were listed years ago on PS4, right after the original trilogy were released, but were never released.

 

Pretty sure it was on standby as R* focused on RDR2 and GTA VI. So maybe Ruffian Games (Rockstar Dundee) worked on it. Who knows, with the announcement of Rockstar buying Ruffian Games we might see this very soon alongside the biggest GTA Online update.

 

I don’t see any news on GTA VI soon... or the map of GTA VI will be tied with Los Santos on GTA:Online and R* will sold GTA VI separatly. A part of that, i don’t see a release before 2022.
