The only one with some chance of being legit was The Know leak (most other leaks just aped this leak anyway). Also the Tim Neff, Jorge Consejo CV leak, the scouting letter leak featuring Leah Sokolowsky are all very much intriguing. 

GTAV only had a casting call leak and a news about Rockstar scouting in Hollywood. The only huge Rockstar leak was the RDR2 map leak, also there was a near perfect plot leak in Reddit in 2017 which no one believed but it was legit.(The leak happened right after the Benzies fiasco, so it might possibly could've been an ex Rockstar North employee).

 

Thing is as there's no way to remotely verify if any of the leaks are true. We just gotta wait until Rockstar officially unveils VI then we'll have some material at least cross check the previous leaks to some extent.

I personally don't believe The Know, but the CV's and scouting leak are a good starting point.

The Know leak is not very detailed tho, but it is detailed considering it was from 2018. I guess it could be true since the Project Americas codename was found in the files afterwards, I don't see how that could be fake. It's a very simple one too, Vice City, modern or 80s unknown, possibility of a female protagonist, smuggling drugs from Vice city to South America and water transport will play a huge role(I'd be happy if that's true). Iirc that's all the leak tells you, not any over the top bullsh*t.

You forgot another thing,there was a leak that stated that " the protagonist will start as a small thief in Liberty city and will make his way to vice City.The main goal is to be become drug lord" also It was posted on pastebin and was found to be having unlimited time stamp so admins cannot remove that and that led people to believe that rockstar removed it. Because IMDB is like Wikipedia. Anyone can sign up and request to edit it. It is moderated, though. I'd presume someone let it happen because they believe the rumours, also.

Just looked at it and im confused, its a film apparently which has the same story it seems just live action
