New free clothing item from R* Social Club is a shirt that looks a lot like Tommy’s from Vice City, might be nothing but I got excited when I saw it

My Online character already has the blue Hawaiian shirt, some light blue jeans and boots with the fur.

 

I wonder when are they going to drop the trailer for this new location heist. I'm gearing towards Los Venturas or Liberty City in a small controlled area. 

 

Something I "really" think is going to happen is more missions/heist outside of San Andreas. If they can add bunkers then what's stopping them adding the interior of The Bank of Liberty City?

All that tells us that there will be an additional standalone GTA Online mode that will be free for 3 months on PS5, and after it will be a paid for title. Yes, the wording is a little confusing. i do wonder if we hopefully we get lc for the next gen gta v and online i have speculated they will add lc to next gen and lets be honest i get your point about if online is split people might want to pay less for online rather then pay full retail price for gta v but  the only reason people continue to buy  gta v is online if it is cheaper to buy online as its own thing

It would make sense. I think Liberty City will be exclusive to next-gen GTA Online, and the new heist in December may be Ludendorff.

That will be the incentive to get GTA V on next-gen.

dont think it will be north yankton it will be saint catalina island as the speculation on the next dlc thread goes i could be wrong but that makes more sense then north yankton for the simple reason i imagine they would have to have it snow the whole time

Having to snow all the time being a problem doesn't make sense at all. It snows there... so that's normal. But I'm saying it would just be a heist location, not a map expansion. Besides, there was already a heist there in the games prologue. Adding Santa Catalina Island would possibly be too much work, just for a heist and it wouldn't even be that big.

I don't see why people say that they will add this island as it was already announced. It's so annoying. They will have much work creating this island than, for example, remastering Liberty City.

Regarding the location for the new heist. I was watching SWEGTA’s video the other day and he suggested it might be a small island off the coast. Which could work.

People out there complaining GTA V had bad psychics and worry GTA VI will have the same bad psychics too. Let's be real, GTA/RDR series has the best psychics in any game period. Just imagine games such as Watch Dogs, Mafia, Ghosts Recon, etc if they had psychics like a GTA game.

Liberty City, then move down south to Vice City, similar to Tommy Vercetti's story. Or Cuba, before fleeing to the US. At this stage it's a complete guess. Might also depend on where the protagonist(s) are from.

I have no real opinions either way. People thought RDR2 would have multiple protagonists because GTA V did, and the gang seen at the end of trailer 1 looked like you might play as some or all of them. I don't think what came before strictly dictates what comes after. I think Rockstar will just do what they feel works for the game they want to make. Until I have evidence or anything to suggest something one way or the other, I'm in the "I have no f*cking clue" camp 

 

Personally, sticking to a single protagonist works best, usually. Although I didn't ever dislike the trio in IV or V. A duo could work well, maybe a husband and wife, Bonnie & Clyde style.

Will GTA VI be considered an HD-Universe title, or post-HD title? I think this might affect if GTA VI will have any connections with previous games or not. 
 

If it starts off a new universe, we might see a completely separated storyline. There might be very few references to previous stories. 
 

If it’s still inside HD Universe, I wonder which characters will appear in GTA VI again. GTA Online and V has produced many characters and they could be the cone ting points between V and VI. Some GTA IV characters might appear again, but I have a feeling that Niko has probably retired once and for all.

Most probably HD Universe if they would want to link the maps from V and VI into the online mode by importing one of the maps.

Rockstar Games has an announcement for this October. Probably GTAV or RDR2. New game is also possible.
