Bashing YouTubers and making the topic about it (or any other kind of antagonism) will net you a warning for derailing the topic.

 

Please use some common sense too while discussing subjects, don't delve too deep into speculating about people's personal lives (e.g. Houser departure from R*, Rockstar developers, etc.) as they deserve privacy and not a raging fan forum to make up things about them. Needless to say, any hate will be quickly nipped in the bud.

Reveal trailer would be like 1 minute. Any good songs that are 2-3 mins that would fit the vice city setting? (Modern).

 

Recommend anything as good as "Ogdens Nut Gone Flake."

I can imagine riding a car in vice city at night while Billie Jean plays in the radio(hopefully!). Damn it's gonna be worth the wait.

Okay don't laugh at me cus this probably not "vice city like" but i really like it and i think it would be great for a teaser trailer.

"Ogdens nut gone flake" isn't "los santos like either" so i think my song here would be great for just the reveal.

 

If rockstar are changing things up, i would like it to be "Maria Magdelena".

Project codenames aren't always indicative of the games theme or setting. But sometimes they are.

In this case it might be indicative, Max Payne 3 has references to wheat fields and what not, prefixed by MED_ (Medieval). MP3 also has Agent leftovers such as car paths for a full part of the map (Alpine/the Alps), trees, and some other things.

Fallout 4 - "Institute" the games main villain faction.

GTA IV - "Ice" a slang name for diamonds.

GTA V "Rush" in reference to the nature of heists.

But R* doesn't use casting call codenames in the actual game development/programming so... GTA IV was "gta" only (because it's when they switched over to a new codebase based on RAGE), Agent (both San Diego's and North's) was named after itself, GTAV was gta5, RDR2 was rdr3, etc.

Yeah. Just going on "what I actually know". I know RDR2 was referred to as RDR3, internally. Project Remorse, also. And a few other games I can't remember off the top of my head.

Isn't fiscal 2023 From March 2022 to April 2023. Which would most likely mean October 2022 which is what I'm expecting. Actally nvm I'm not even educated in this

Given COVID-19, I wouldn't be surprised if an announcement was made, then. Although with it being a major game, if it's possible I don't think TT or Rockstar would want anything being pushed back quite that long, presuming a 2021 announcement was or is planned.

Things are just too hard to predict, right now.
