Not interested in that at all. I prefer a single city/metro area(multiple cities within reason) and a well written story.

Ok this dude just posts random stuff related about the project. Not sure if it's because he's overly obsessed with the project we don't know anything major about, works for them or just doesn't understand English very well so he tries to use random tweets to express himself.

Exactly this, I personally would choose the cold, gritty and harsher setting of Carcer City over the sun soaked setting of Vice City any day of the week.

I think an icy GTA, or at least a part of it in a cold setting, would be a very good thing indeed.
 

We were given a glimpse in GTA5, but of course we were never really allowed to explore it.

Was playing Vice City again and I really like the 'Greetings from Vice City' screen that appears when you quit the game, feels like a nice touch. If the next GTA is set in Vice City I hope they have a similar outro screen as a small but nice throwback to VC.

I think we’re starting to creep into conspiracy theory territory here.

 

They have a huge budget, company accounts are visible for all to see, dozens of employees work there (including many who left Rockstar to join BARB), over 50 job vacancies are currently advertised worldwide and they have a big office in Edinburgh (that’s only empty because everyone is WFH right now) and another in Budapest.
 

If it were a scam then you would expect at least one whistleblower to call them out. Or a games journalist would have picked something up - a story about Benzies getting involved in a con for hundreds of millions of dollars would be quite explosive news after all.
 

A much more plausible and grounded explanation is that they’re working on an innovative AAA title, as they say they are. They’re keeping it quiet until they’re ready to tell the world, as is a certain other studio in Edinburgh that is also silently working on something new.

There's a Rockstar logo, followed by some artifacts putting together a sky. Soon, we hear the glorious line that gives birth in several cycles. "Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather."

 

Reveals Vice City HD, North Yankton big, and the elusive East Elizabeth, while Michael says "a man can dream, AND be there." However, thanks to how long it took to add VR support, only Michael's house is unlocked (game says he's under house arrest for visiting littlelacysurprisepageant.com) and you can spend the game watching reaction videos on Michael's VR headset

Just think how groundbreaking it will all be!
 

- Immersive cupboards

- Detailed ceiling fans that spin at 60fps

- A trashcan in most rooms

- A coffee machine made of billions of triangles 

- More than one bathroom

- House plants

 

- And the flagship of the expanded and enhanced game: a VR headset for Michael to wear (only GTA$300m), so you can watch him in VR playing the unreleased GTA6 in VR, where he plays a character with a VR headset playing GTA5. In his house.

 

They’re really pushing the boat out with this.

I'm still hoping against hope for Capital City. I just want to see R* take on the capital of America dammit! 

 

Though the risk with that would be a government heavy storyline but I'm sure they won't go for the obvious, no one expected an LA setting to be heist focused after all
