States are slowly reopening now. California is going to allow film and TV production to resume in a couple days or so but with restrictions. Not sure what New York is doing where R* does all their mocap. IDK if they could move it to California and maybe share 2K's mocap studio.

I don't know if they'd have the technology or facilities, there. But Rockstar San Diego may be able to help. We know stunt work can be done there, so it's not out of the question. We don't know where hired actors even live. Solo had to stay over in NY from LA a couple of weeks at a time. So it would have worked out for him.

Not from Rockstar but I also think live events from games like fortnite will be incorporated into GTAO2. Picture you get to vote for the next in game president who will shape future updates with their policies and there's a big inauguration parade at the end of the race. Or they could do concerts similar to what they did with Phil Collins in VCS. The list of possibilities would be endless.

Yeah, he's pretty reliable. Besides, it being postponed a week was what most people were expecting. He didn't find it, though. He's just sharing what was found.

I just hope multiplayer will be more user friendly, GTAO has a ton of gamemodes, but it's just an pain in the ass to go thru 3-4 loading screens/zooming outs just to get into DM. Hope the loads will be a lot more snappier.

It is possible but I'm more interested in things that already being tested in current games like new car handlings as you said

If the game takes place in the 80s i hope we get some of the older songs from Vice City and VCS. Like this masterpiece of a song from Vice City stories. Everytime i hear it on the radio i immediately stop the car regardless of the situation and listen to it.
