OFF: It's not even funny, I'm working at an audit firm (one of the Big4s) and one of my assigned client asked if I've ever heard about the 5G and COVID connection. The said client is a mid-tier member of a management consultancy firm. I was shocked when he confronted me with this question.

Just say rockstar have Miami (Vice City) in GTA 6 and another place like Mexico, it’s going to be really interesting seeing how Rockstar makes them different. Seeing multiple places in a game and how police, people, atmosphere etc is different. Would love to just fly from a place like liberty city to Mexico and get searched for drugs when I land

My bet we'll see the Rdr2 time traveler in GTA VIce and it will include Liberty City

GTA 5 already did the Mexico scene with Trevor, so thats why they lefted it out Rdr2.

All narcotics will likely we smuggled into VIce City  by NPCs Narcos, just like Trevor's and Online's narcotic jobs.

I don't understand the second sentence. Wdym GTA 5 did a mexico scene with Trevor and they left it out in RD2

The women who's name was on the Letter did say she was working with a digital company scouting areas of South America but she signed a NDA

If its a fake it's a pretty convincing one. The woman mentioned in the letter gave an interview as you probably know saying that a digital media company is doing site tours/location scouting. This along with the fact that the the project Americas leak mentioned Miami sounds convincing at least for me.

Yeah. just pointing out when it happened. And like I said, we still don't know if she was setting up site tours for Rockstar or not. 'Evidence' suggests she was. But there's no definitive proof. Evidence can be fabricated. And since the document didn't surface until 10 months+ after the podcast aired. People had plenty of time to discover that podcast that went completely under the radar, and fabricate those documents. So I'm still not willing to use it as clear proof. But they doo look promising. 

 

For all we know, they had been doing tours over a 2 month period, a 3 month period, maybe longer. 'Recently' is a very broad term. And it's also rather contextual. For somone who's been working in that field for let's say 30 years, then recently can be withing the past few years. She'd never worked with a digital media company before. She'd worked with movies, TV and music videos, to my knowledge. To be clear, I don't actually think she ment 3 years, by recently. Just kinda' stating how it can be contextual. But I'd guess somewhere within August - November. Ideally, you'd want to scout Miami & Florida in the summer. So maybe August to September/October could have been a recent period. But maybe they'll include seasons, who knows... I could go on and on for a while.

If they were only just doing scouting in 2018/19, then it means exactly that...

There's a reason it's been almost 7 years with no announcement. Add into that the easing of crunch culture and the delays brought on by COVID-19 WFH... it's gonna' be a while. Seriously. It took them 5 years and a month to release RDR2 after V. What makes you think they're gonna' get out GTA VI sooner?

Hard to say. People say it was in development for 8 years, which is kind of a technical truth. But it wasn't in development the day after RDR released. We know Dan Houser began writing RDR2 in early 2011. Wikipedia says some things about it's development, right after RDR1, but using wikipedia as a source is one of the first things you learn NOT to do.

What we do know is that Roger Clarks first day on set was August 2013. 1 month before GTA V launched. So, make of that what you will. Big games take a LONG time. And with RDR2, that was the only major project in full development at that time. ie, one game at a time now. That's why GTA VI would theoretically have a similar 5 year gap.

Maybe Rockstar didn't plan on making a new RD... But Jorje put on his CV 2018 and that ex Rockstar employee said he did work on gta 6 cars in 2017-18 so maybe they started full production on GTA 6 after RD2. Now that corona is happening they probably can't do motion capture god knows if they're past all that though
