This is Grand Theft Auto. It's a game about crime. I want to play as someone who'd be believable as a dangerous criminal - beating up men, carjacking people and pulling them out of cars, being physically intimidating and respected in the criminal world. I don't want to play as some sexy woman who wears sports bras. It would look ridiculous. I've seen some people mention things like non-binary and gender identity. Keep that sort of thing in online and out of story mode. I want to play as someone like these guys...

Robbing a house isn't actually an indoor activity, and why really make an effort to detail a house just for that.They could make a lot of detailed interiors, but what for, in scale of GTA and purpose of the game, I doubt anyone, except little few, would enjoy to look around and become familiar with inhabitant routine.

 

This will be cool if some key apartments would make sense, I really like to get missions from GTA3 Leone from his mansion, but this a short two, three visits, and even if there was pool or something, it get lost in general game play. I'm still think that whole club thing in V's online was a waste of resources. Yes, have danced there for 10 minutes, got drunk twice, been there with friends and that is it, the whole story could be put in one hour or two. 

 

On other side if Rockstar focus on wider activities it would be more beneficial for a player, because it kinda has last appealing and replayability. But 'course it is all wrong in eyes of hardcore role players, who die to walk on streets to their work, etc.

Fair to say, there some really cruel and bad women in reality, this could work, if this will not be done in trending manner with half nuked, super gril:) Don't wanna go specific, 'cause there boring history facts, but it could work in a proper way.

It was actually a discussion about there being two characters one male and one female. So you would still get your wish to play a hunky bad boy ladies man

Those generic tough guys have been done million times already (Talking about blank online characters...) R* should definitely continue to try all kinds of characters. Michael was a guy with family, which sounded impossible for a GTA character, yet it worked.

Michael was a very pleasant surprise for me, I think he was the best protagonist in V but by the end of the game I think we had too much drama. But I don't think Catalina is a good argument for a female protagonist. Maybe just me but Catalina was waaaay better in III where she was a cunning criminal instead of a bipolar psycho in SA. I would rather see someone interesting because I think we have seen too many psychos.

Not someone like Catalina, please...

 

She is literally the worst female character R* ever wrote.

 

She is essentially just a male in a womans body.

There are better ways to write female characters, who are tough, yet still feature feminine attributes and are confronted with their feminine role within society.

A good example would be Ruth Langmore from the Netflix Original Series Ozark. (If you didn't watch that series, you should try it, Ned Luke and Solo(MoCap actors of Grand Theft Auto Vs Franklin and MIchael recommended it too)

She was a tough criminal, but yet it did not feel like she was a man in a womans body, because she still retained typical female attributes and quarrels.

I wouldn't mind if one of the playable characters (Let's say the female one) was physically weaker, it would at least make melee more interesting. Now, in every GTA the fistfights go like this; Go to an NPC -> tap the punch button repeatedly -> NPC is dead... Sure in GTA V those protagonists had different "special abilities" but those were just weird. Different protagonists should have real noticeable physical abilities. Some of them would be faster/slower, stronger/weaker, other would punch harder, while other would have better parkour skills, etc.

I was about to say that I want a confirmation on which GTA IV ending was canon. Then I realized that GTA V confirms that Roman survives since Niko is wishing him happy birthday on Lifeinvader. I want to see the Bellics taking a vacation in VC.

He's got a brother in prison, and Derrick is dead. Francis taking care of her? Forget it.

I find things like these kinda worrisome(especially other stuff like gta6.com belonging to another company) since its 2020 so most of the voice acting would be complete in normal circumstances (especially the major characters). Details like these make me worry about the state of the development.

Its so sad that Voice Actors of older GTA games getting spammed with GTA 6 INFOS, one of the reasons i can understand certain people not to voice act in a Rockstar game.

In Revenge he calls Niko and tells him he's all that he's all his Ma's got left. Why would he leave to another city just after that? Remember TBOGT, TLAD, and IV all take place around the same time.

 

That lifeinvader profile is just an easter egg. Also there are profiles of dead people on Facebook and people wish them happy birthday all the time. Also the reason why Kate isn't on his profile is because in Deal Kate and Niko breakup.

 

 

She wants him out of her life.
