Makes sense, that amount of money was way too low to be related to GTA VI if we consider that GTA V alone cost them over 130 million dollars in marketing expenditures.

2023 release for GTA VI seems realistic.

 

But considering the period between announcement and release date of GTA 5. I believe we can still expect announcement later this year of next year.
