Family = Rockstar Games, 2K, Private Division

Power = Rockstar Games

People think that because Rockstar Games are the only developers the twitter account follows who aren't listed on the lineup. Everyone else is.

Of course that doesn't mean Rockstar's actually participating, it could very well be them following Rockstar for bait/just cause they can, or it could be for the next GTA Online update.

Why do people think Rockstar needs a game show beside Activision, Bethesda, Riot Games, Square Enix and so on? Rockstar's flagship cannot even be measured by the same standards as the products of the studios listed at Summer Game Fest.

I think it is safe to say now that we won't get anything GTA VI tomorrow. It wouldn't be smart to announce GTA VI right now and I wouldn't be surprised if that game reveal will be about Mafia tomorrow. We will see.

I doubt that. If it was a remaster they'd probably just reveal in with one tweet. 

 

These ambiguous one worded tweets suggest it'll be next game in the series. Never played Mafia 3 but Mafia 2 was a really good game.

They don't need a game show and haven't needed one for a long time, but you never really know. Besides, Summer Game Fest is not as much game show as it is just a schedule of game announcements from various sources.

Yes but there has been no word on the Mafia franchise in two years, just blatantly making an announcement would be a bit out of nowhere. Im sure they're trying to build hype.

I personally love the Mafia series. Of course the third is definitely the worst. They're definitely announcing something and if its a remaster ill be really stoked, but if its another installment, ill still be excited but a bit more cautious.
