I always found doing this mission early in the morning funny because it's dark outside but Tenpenny is having a barbeque at 3am!!

How the hell does Rockstar manage to find these literal based gods? All HD Actors (both from RDR and from GTA) played their roles perfectly, and somehow in real life atleast three (Roger Clark, Rob Wiethoff and Scott Hill) of them seem reeaaally down-to-earth.

My bet is that they did it to add realism. Make you feel like NPCs have their own life and aren't always there for you to drop by and give you something to do. It also makes sense that some businesses might be closed at night or some people might not be home until a specific time. is that so bad?

Hello everyone, im french and I follow Rockstar Mag (owned by Chris Liberty) for two years now. I will give you all the information he gave about GTA 6.

 

You first need to understand that Rockstar Mag is approved by Rockstar, so Chris is 100% reliable and trustful because he has information from 100% reliable sources since 3 years now (he said so). Secondly, Chris is just a journalist, not a insider, he create excellent debate around GTA 6 in his youtube channel, and he confirm information about GTA 6 when an information have been leaked about it. He also say what is fake.

 

Let's go :

 

- GTA 6 is in development since 2015 with pre-production started in 2014 :

So what about Jason Schreier (said that GTA 6 is in early development ) and Tez2fun (said that GTA 6 development started in 2015 and is 70% finished) ?

There is two very reliable sources but opposite --> according to Chris, both are right. What does that mean ? It means that GTA 6 will have a reboot (partial or total, Chris doesn't know because his sources talk about it in February).

A Reboot means that some things in GTA 6 will need to be developped again, but according to Chris, the map, etc. will not be rebooting, only the scenarios can be rebooted (it match with Dan Houser departure that I will talk)

 

- GTA 6 was supposed to be reveal in early 2020 or in the end of 2020 with a launch in the end of 2021 : he got this information in December 2019.

Chris also said that GTA 6 will still be revealed in the end of 2020 (he just speculate). 

 

- Dan Houser departure is due to the development of GTA 6 : 

According to Chris (he debate about it), Dan Houser scenarios depict an enormous satiric America, with Trump, the wall of Mexico, etc. Take-Two doesn't wanted to take any risk, so they decide to change the scenario (reboot), then Dan Houser decided to leave because he juste doesn't wanted to have another scenarios.

 

- A new Rage engine, better than RDR2 is used for GTA 6, with better physics, graphism, etc.

 

- Chris know the localisation and period of GTA 6, and said that a lot of people said Vice City, but that we all be surprised when we will see the localisation.

 

- Chris have information about the protagonist : he speculate about a duos (one men and one girl).

Why ? He said that Rockstar love to test things about their futur game in their current game. He give one example with the 3 characters of GTA 5 --> comes from the museum mission in GTA 4 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3V963_XXICc), Rockstar has test us with this mission, they wanted to see if our reaction was positive or not. Well, we all loved this mission, Rockstar decided to keep 3 protagonist in GTA 5.

Why a female protagonist in GTA 6 ? The answer in two words : Sadie Adler --> Sadie is very very appreciated by the RDR2 and GTA community, Rockstar tested us with a female character in RDR2 to see our reaction again. The positive reaction will encourage Rockstar Games to keep a female character in GTA 6 according to Chris (and don't forget that he has some information that he can't say about GTA 6).

 

- Chris confirmed that GTA 6 was developped in 2015 with a next-gen title in mind

 

- Chris says that Bully 2 was supposed to be the next game but with the culture change of Rockstar, the development was canceled or be on standby (he doesn't really know). 

 

- Chris confirmed that GTA 6 is the next game from Rockstar (as you all know)

 

- Chris said that he doesn't believe at all that the game is still in early development (good for us)

 

- Chris know exactly why Dan Houser leave Rockstar Games, and he said that if the reason behind his departure was one day revealed, it will have a bomb effect (a buzz)  : I personnaly think that he leaved because of some of his scenarios needed to be changed by Take Two (too much satire maybe with Trump and Take Two doesn't wanted to have problem)

 

- All the Rockstar Team know the Dan Houser departure at the same time of all of us fans (so there was a big problem between Rockstar and Take Two)

 

- He speculate that Sam Houser will be leaving Rockstar after GTA 6 is released

 

- Chris speculate about a double period GTA : first part in 80s (or the 1/3), some mission in a prison (RDR2 teasing with the penitency) and the rest in our period (modern period)

I think that Chris is right because he have some information but can't tell anything, he just create debate and speculate with what he have.

He also said that for the 80s period, he is sure because Rockstar release a lot of classic car in GTA Online during these last 2 years, and he said that Rockstar doesn't need to work very hard in these car to be in GTA 6 (because the car are already created, so it just need some work for the graphisme, etc.)

 

- He speculate about a Vegas heist in the first part (during the 80s) then Vice City in the modern time and some other city.

I don't really know because he said that we will be surprised when the localisation will be revealed (because everyone says Vice City)

 

- Another information : Chris said that the next GTA Online update will be released in June, and it will be a major update

I don't believe anyone knows if these are true or whatever but personally I'd love a chapter in prison.

 

Check out a 'A Way Out' if you're interested in prison break dynamic. It's co-op only but a really good game. I'm sure it will be a ton of fun in couch co-op as we are all quarantined.
