Said this before and will say it again:

 

The game should release around 2022 and there's enough capacity to use SA, LC, VC plus filling the gaps on with the RDR map.

 

I believe they won't focus on drug trafficking only as Dan said that he is not interested in anything supercontemporary (the market is filled with these), and therefore they need a diverse map with all the possible crime activities.

A. I haven’t seen “Treme.” I never even saw “The Wire.” One of my weird disciplines is that I don’t really watch a lot of those shows, if they relate to what we do. I only watched a tiny bit of “The Sopranos.” No “Boardwalk Empire.” No “Breaking Bad.” Wherever it’s too close to crime, gangster, underbelly fiction, and it’s supercontemporary, I decided, for professional reasons, I have to avoid it.

Will Gta6 have dynamic and realistic crash physics like if we crash the car at slow speed than only there will be few scratches and bumper would be dented without affecting the frame of the vehicle and if the car is crashed from side at slow speed then the door panels will be dented and scratched instead of bent frame and at high speed both bumper and chassis will suffer damage and if rear ended then the trunk door and bumper would be dented without frame getting  damaged and at high speed the frame will crumble as well as the bumper.This should be implemented for best experience in Gta6.I hope it will be implemented with the next gen because next gen has sufficient power to handle those.Whats your opinion?

gta 5 has that (scratches etc), gta 4 and gta 5 crash physics are pretty much the same, so gta 4 had that also, but i am not sure about the scratches regarding GTA 4.

And if you think about the BeamNG kind of physics, then no, GTA VI will not have BeamNG kind of physics, and i doubt any other game except simulators would be able to implement that kind of dynamic and realistic crash physics on next-gen, it's just too demanding, and there are a lot of workarounds that are more practical and easy to develop.

hey guys so I translated abit of what chris was saying. He even stated himself that gta 4 was amazing and gta 5 wasn't as good

he said the game started pre production in 2014 and started production in 2015 

 

yea that's all I could translate lol. he never said the map size was gonna be huge btw.

hopefully some French guy comes along and tells us the rest of the sh*t he said.

In connection with the latest statements, I assume that many who are waiting for GTA6 will not be happy with the game (at least the standard single-player mode), because if the game is really medium in size, then it will live up to all the expectations associated with the long production of the game, but if regular DLCs will come out and new cities / stories / chips will be added, the game will satisfy many.

I think they should stick with GTA IV damage physics. Because it’s pretty easy to trash your car in these games and you don’t want to completely destroy your new sport car that you buy for $1M after one car accident....
